Terms and Conditions
1. Shipping
- Orders paid before 3 PM (GMT+7) will be shipped on the same day.
- Orders paid after 3 PM will be shipped on the next operating day.
- Shipping is available on Monday–Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Complaints
- Please make sure to check your order upon arrival. Complaints or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your package.
- Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or wrong items caused by our error.
- We do not accept exchanges due to size, fit, color preference, or other personal reasons.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original condition.
- Please provide clear photos and videos showing the issue for our team to review.
3. Product color
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and display.
